Client: Five Rivers MetroParks

Scope: We took a flat field and turned it into a feature-rich mile of trail which users currently love in Huffman Park, just 45 minutes from downtown Dayton. The family-friendly trail not only draws kids and their parents from throughout the region, but it’s also a favorite for area hand cyclists, and it doubles as a gateway trail to provide access for all users to go deeper inside the park and onto many more miles of trail. The project was built especially with small people in mind and includes a surface hardened strider or tot track as well as fun alternate lines with bridge, log and rock features and even a gravity-oriented pump track.
